Within 15 days of booking a service, the customer must provide all the details for resume preparation or the service may be forfeited. No refund will be issued after the service lapses.

After providing all the details and discussion, the initial draft of the resume will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

We will complete changes and modifications within 2-3 business days of receiving an email notifying us of the changes.

We develop LinkedIn Profiles and Cover Letters after the resume has been finalized and we receive confirmation that no additional revisions are required.

Within 7 days of receiving the resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn, any changes/modifications should be notified via email. We will close the order if we don't hear from the customer within 7 days.

It is our policy that we provide unlimited revisions until the client is satisfied, however, the changes must be notified via email within seven days of receiving the resume and the changes must fit within the same profile.

To avoid any inconvenience, please schedule a call with the resume expert in advance, preferably by email or message.

Any pending services will lapse after 180 days, so we always encourage clients to utilize all the services within 180 days of booking.

Our advice to our customers is to keep a track of 180 days since we won't notify them when 180 days are up.

The duration of the process is not guaranteed, since it depends on how many revisions are needed and how soon they are reverted.
SLA Guidelines

During the weekends, holidays, and public holidays, we are closed. The SLA for inquiries/emails sent on non-working days will begin on the following business day.

Responses to emails or inquiries will be made on the following business day.

Upon receiving complete information, the first draft will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

For resume modifications/iterations, it takes 2-3 business days.

We will develop your LinkedIn profile and cover letter within 2-3 business days of receiving your resume confirmation.
Cancellation of the Services

A written notification has to be sent requesting for the cancellation of the service within 48 hours of booking the service.

The refund would be processed within 10-15 business from the request is approved by the Refunds/Accounts department and would be transferred into Bank account of the client(Payee).

There would be a cancellation charge of 3% which would be deducted from the total order amount.

Sapna Vasudevan Inc. reserves the right to cancel the service at any point without any reason/justification and is not liable to any losses incurred by the client due to any reason.
